👀 Today’s Focus: If you are a victim of a cybercrime, you can report it to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3).

The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a collaboration between the FBI and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). The center receives complaints, analyzes and disseminates the information to authorities, and uses this data to raise public awareness about internet crimes.

You can file a complaint:

  • If you are a United States Citizen but have been victimized by an individual or company outside of the United States.

  • If you have been victimized by an individual or company in the United States, regardless if you are a citizen of the United States.

More information on the types of complaints and requirements can be found on the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) FAQs.
