The Sender:
The sender's email is generic, such as @gmail.com, @hotmail.com, etc.
The sender's email does not match the company providing the service, such as @mail.x.miahart.org vs @dhl.com for a DHL email.
Generic Message:
Generic greetings, such as “Hi Customer”, “Hi Client”, “Hi Email Address”
Vague email with a lack of information.
Sense of urgency that entices you to take action
Suspicious attachments or links
